If, when your order arrives, you have an item that is damaged or missing, please call us on 01763 264280 or email hello@drinkstuff.com and we will either send a replacement, process a refund or track a missing parcel for you.
We ask that you let us know within 3 days or arrival to let us know of any missing or damaged items so we can sort the issue for you as soon as we can.
