As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email, which will be sent to the registered email address on our system.
If you do not receive this please call us on 01763 264280, 9am-4.30pm Monday to Friday and we can update you on any information you require.
You will also receive an email or text messages from the courier (DPD or Evri) on the morning of your delivery. With DPD this will give you a 1-hour time slot, with Evri you will be informed that your parcel is out for delivery.
