When an order is locked this can be for many reasons. Generally, this means your order is a "direct delivery" item
"A direct delivery product means that we do not stock the item and we have to order this in especially for you. In some cases this is sent directly from the manufacturer. The lead time for this is normally longer than a normal delivery. Please see the product listings for reference".
