If you miss a delivery a card will be left to advise you of this. The parcel may be left with a neighbour or in a safe place for your convenience. Please note: The driver will only leave parcels if they deem this safe to do so. If the parcel is not left, then this will be returned to the depot. In some cases you will need to respond to the calling card left to either collect or rearrange delivery. At other times the driver will attempt the next working day.
