To return an unwanted item please make sure they are in their original packaging and are unused. Please also make sure the goods are suitably packaged for transit as we are not able to refund for any breakages.
We would suggest that you return your unwanted items using the courier service Evri (formally Hermes). This is a more cost effective way to returns the goods, this service is completed online and they will collect from any address.
Alternatively, we can arrange a collection for you via DPD, however, this will cost £10 per parcel which will be taken off any refund. Please call us on 01763 264280 to arrange this.
Please also write the order number on the outside of the packaging for us to identify easily. The goods will need to be returned to the address below:
