If you wish to cancel your order, please call us immediately on 01763 264280 and we will be able to do this for you. If this is during out of hours (office hours are 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday) email us at hello@drinkstuff.com and we will contact you as soon as we are back in the office with an update.
If your order has already been picked & packed, we will be unable to cancel the order at this stage - however, still call us and we can place a "return to sender" with the courier. If this doesn't work - this happens rarely - please just refuse the delivery and it will come straight back to us and once it gets back to us we can process your refund for you.
